These additional services include the delivery of cleaning supplies, ladders, vacuums, and more. To customize your cleaning service, add any of these additional services during booking or contact us. Cancellation Policy
Notice Period: A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations. Cancellation Fees: No Fee: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance during regular business hours will not incur any charges. To cancel, contact us at (718) 300-7853 or info@tidycleaning.care. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% fee of the total cleaning cost. The remaining balance will be refunded electronically. Rescheduling: Bookings rescheduled with less than two days’ notice will incur an additional $35 fee. Service Adjustments: Once cleaners arrive, services cannot be reduced. Additional services or extended cleaning time may be requested on-site and are subject to availability. Pricing Information: Quoted prices apply to single-floor residences only. Multi-floor homes require prior consultation to confirm pricing.
