Cleaning Service Restrictions: Price guarantee with the booking of any of our plans and packages. The Walls & Baseboards service does not include cleaning supplies. This deep cleaning package does not ensure the cleanliness of every wall in your home. We will work to meet all your wall and baseboard cleaning needs within two hours.
Cancellation Policy
Notice Period: A 24-hour cancellation notice is required. -Cancellation Fees: *No Fee: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance during regular business hours will not incur a fee. To cancel, please contact us at (718) 300-7853 or info@tidycleaning.care. *Late Cancellation: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a fee of 50% of the total cleaning cost. The remaining balance will be refunded electronically. *Bookings rescheduled with less than two days' notice will incur an additional fee of $35. -Service Adjustments: *Once our cleaners arrive, the reserved service cannot be reduced. *Additional services or extended cleaning time may be requested, subject to availability. -Pricing Information: *The quoted price applies to single-floor residences only. *Multi-floor homes require prior consultation to determine pricing.
