Cleaning supplies, vacuum delivery, ladders, kitchen appliances such as fridge and cabinet inside cleaning, ceiling fan cleaning, laundry service, interior window cleaning, blind cleaning, balcony cleaning, stairs cleaning, wall cleaning, and decluttering services are not included in this package. This deep cleaning package does not cover the cleanliness of the entire apartment. The price is valid only for a single floor. If your residence has more than one floor, contact us. It is also valid only for Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens in New York City.
Cancellation Policy
Notice Period: 24-hour cancellation notice required. No Fee: If you cancel within the 24-hour window during regular business hours, contact (718) 300-7853 or info@tidycleaning.care. Late Cancellation Fee: If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, 50% of the cleaning cost is charged; the rest is refunded electronically. Adjustments to Service: The reserved service cannot be reduced once cleaners arrive. Additional services or extended time can be requested. Pricing Notes: The quoted price applies to single-floor residences only; multi-floor homes require prior consultation.
