Basic dusting, disinfection, and hand-wipe throughout the kitchen, bathrooms, living/dining room, and bedroom area. *Kitchen (1): dusting, disinfection, and hand-wipe countertops, sink, appliances front, microwave, and cabinets front doors. *Bathrooms (3): dusting, disinfection, hand-wipe surfaces, bathtub/shower, mirrors, toilet, sink, and cabinets front. *Living room and dining room (1): dusting and disinfecting furniture surfaces. *Bedrooms (4): dusting, disinfecting furniture surfaces, and making the bed. *Floor swept and mopped. *Empty all trash containers and place fresh liners in the bins. *Take out the garbage. Restrictions Apply* Your basic cleaning package does not include any of our More For You options, which can be added upon request; cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaner delivery, pet hair clean-up fee, kitchen appliances such as fridge, oven, and cabinets inside cleaning, hand wash dishes, pantry tidy-up, ceiling fan cleaning, laundry service, interior window cleaning, blind cleaning, balcony cleaning, stairs cleaning, walls cleaning, baseboards cleaning, and decluttering service are not included in this package. We provide ladders for just $29*. Price valid only for a single floor only, if your residence has more than one floor, contact us. It's valid only for Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens of New York City.

Cancellation Policy

Tidy Cleaning Care requires a 24-hour cancellation notice. Tidy Cleaning Care does not charge a fee as long as you notify our office at (718) 300-7853 or tidycleaning.care@gmail.com during regular business hours within the agreed-upon time frame. Please note that if you cancel an upcoming reservation with less than 24 hours notice, a fee of [20]% of the cleaning cost will be charged and the remaining amount will be refunded electronically. 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed Your satisfaction is very important to us, which is why all of our cleaning services are guaranteed. We will notify you at least half an hour before your service is about to be completed. We recommend that you check that all areas have been cleaned to your satisfaction before your cleaners leave to ensure they meet your cleaning expectations. If your service was not completed to your satisfaction, we will extend your service for an additional hour free of charge. Once the service has been completed, we cannot process any claims under our guaranteed service policy. If you cannot verify that your cleaning staff met your expectations during the agreed cleaning schedule and extended time, we cannot process any claims. *No monetary refunds will be made at any time and for any reason.*
