Your 2 hours can include: *Kitchen, cabinets & appliances — inside and out *Bathrooms *Closets & organization *Baseboards *Laundry service *Windows *Full apartment or home refresh Optional Add-Ons: Cleaning supplies, vacuum, and ladder delivery can be added to your reservation if needed. Please select or request these add-ons when booking so we can arrange delivery before your service. You decide where the 2 hours go. Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance during business hours will not incur a fee. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the total service cost. The remaining balance will be refunded electronically. Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% rescheduling fee based on the total service cost. Time-Based Cleaning Service Policy Our cleaning services are time-based. Your cleaner will do their best to clean the entire space within the time booked. If the condition of the space requires additional care or more time than originally scheduled, additional cleaning time may be needed and will incur an extra charge, subject to your approval. Payment Methods We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express). Cash is not accepted. Full payment is required at least 12 hours before your scheduled cleaning. Late payments will result in a $35 late fee.
