Late Cancellation Fee: If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, 50% of the cleaning cost is charged; the rest is refunded electronically. Adjustments to Service: The reserved service cannot be reduced once cleaners arrive. Additional services or extended time can be requested. Pricing Notes: The quoted price applies to single-floor residences only; multi-floor homes require prior consultation.
