Our organic cleaning supplies may include: ✔️ Plant-based disinfectant solutions ✔️ Bucket, mop, broom, and dustpan ✔️ Swiffer (available upon request) ✔️ Scrub brushes, sponges, microfiber cloths, masks, and gloves ✔️ Plastic trash bags ✔️ Additional items based on your specific cleaning needs ⚠️ Cleaning Service Guidelines • Cleaning supply delivery is guaranteed when you book one of our cleaning plans or packages. • If you have chemical sensitivities or allergies, we recommend providing your own preferred cleaning products for added safety. • Standard cleaning products, vacuum cleaners, and ladders are not included by default, but are available upon request. Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Changes made within business hours and at least 48 hours in advance will not incur a fee. Changes made less than 48 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the total service cost. The remaining balance will be refunded electronically.
