Thorough scrubbing, dusting, disinfection, hand-wipe, and organization throughout the kitchen, bathroom, living/dining room, and bedroom area. *Kitchen (1): thoroughly dust, disinfect, hand-clean countertops, sink, hand-wash dishes, interior and exterior of appliances such as microwave, oven, stovetop, exterior of the dishwasher, fridge, and cabinets front doors. *Bathroom (1): thoroughly dust, disinfect, hand-clean surfaces, bathtub/shower, shower wall, tiles, shower curtain, mirrors, toilet, sink, and cabinet front. *Living room, and dining room (1): thoroughly dust, disinfect, and hand-clean furniture surfaces. *Bedrooms (2): thoroughly dust, disinfect, and hand-clean furniture surfaces, and make the bed. *Sanitize doorknobs and light switches throughout the house. *Deep cleaning of the baseboards. *Floor swept and mopped. *Empty all trash containers and place fresh liners in the bins. *Take out the garbage. Cancellation Policy
Tidy Cleaning Care requires a 24-hour cancellation notice. Tidy Cleaning Care does not charge a fee as long as you notify our office at (718) 300-7853 or tidycleaning.care@gmail.com during regular business hours within the agreed-upon time frame. Please note that if you cancel an upcoming booking with less than [24] hours' notice, a fee of [20]% of the cleaning cost will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded electronically. 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. Your satisfaction is very important to us, which is why all our cleaning services are guaranteed. We will notify you at least one hour before your service is completed. We recommend that you verify all areas have been cleaned to your satisfaction before your cleaners leave to ensure they have met your cleaning expectations. If your service was not completed to your satisfaction, we will extend your service for an additional hour at no extra charge. Once the service has been completed, we cannot process any claims under our guaranteed service policy. If you are unable to verify that the cleaning staff met your expectations during the agreed-upon cleaning schedule and the extended time, we will not be able to process any claims. No monetary refunds will be issued at any time or for any reason. Safety. Your cleaning staff must not remove their shoes at any time. We want to provide you with the best cleaning service and prevent accidents, falls, or injuries in general. To keep your house sanitary, your cleaning staff can cover their shoes, we ask you to provide them with non-slip shoe covers, or we can provide them for an additional cost of $12. This pair of non-slip, waterproof silicone shoe covers that we provide can be used up to about 5 times, but may last more or less.
