Thorough scrubbing, dusting, disinfection, hand-wipe, and organization throughout the kitchen, bathrooms, living/dining room, and bedroom area. *Kitchen (1): thoroughly dust, disinfect, hand-clean countertops, sink, hand-wash dishes, interior and exterior of appliances such as microwave, oven, stovetop, fridge, cabinets, and dishwasher exterior. *Bathrooms (2): thoroughly dust, disinfect, hand-clean surfaces, bathtub/shower, shower wall, tiles, shower curtain, mirrors, toilet, sink, and cabinet. *Living room, and dining room (1): thoroughly dust, disinfect, and hand-clean space. *Bedrooms (4): thoroughly dust, disinfect, and hand-clean space. *Closets: thoroughly dust, disinfect, and hand-clean space. (must be empty). *Dust and clean mirrors. *Pet hair clean-up. *Ceiling fan cleaning. *Interior window cleaning *Sanitize doorknobs and light switches throughout the house. *Deep cleaning of the baseboards. *Floor swept and mopped. *Empty all trash containers and place fresh liners in the bins. *Take out the garbage. We provide ladders for just $29*. Price valid only for a single floor only, if your residence has more than one floor, contact us. Cancellation Policy
Tidy Cleaning Care requires a 24-hour cancellation notice. Tidy Cleaning Care does not charge a fee as long as you notify our office at (718) 300-7853 or tidycleaning.care@gmail.com during regular business hours within the agreed-upon time frame. Please note that if you cancel an upcoming reservation with less than 24 hours notice, a fee of [20]% of the cleaning cost will be charged and the remaining amount will be refunded electronically. 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed Your satisfaction is very important to us, which is why all of our cleaning services are guaranteed. We will notify you at least half an hour before your service is about to be completed. We recommend that you check that all areas have been cleaned to your satisfaction before your cleaners leave to ensure they meet your cleaning expectations. If your service was not completed to your satisfaction, we will extend your service for an additional hour free of charge. Once the service has been completed, we cannot process any claims under our guaranteed service policy. If you cannot verify that your cleaning staff met your expectations during the agreed cleaning schedule and extended time, we cannot process any claims. *No monetary refunds will be made at any time and for any reason.*
