Our Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning Package covers all major areas of your space—kitchen, bathroom, living/dining room, and bedroom—with a thorough scrub, disinfection, and deep dusting throughout to leave your space move-in/move-out-ready or spotless for the next resident. *Kitchen (1): Thoroughly dust and disinfect countertops and the sink. Hand-wash all dishes. Clean the interior and exterior of all appliances, including the microwave, oven, stovetop, fridge, cabinets, and dishwasher. *Bathrooms (3): Scrub and disinfect bathtub/shower, shower wall, tiles, and shower curtain. Clean and sanitize all mirrors, toilet, sink, and cabinets. *Bedrooms (3), Living Room, and Dining Room (1): Thoroughly dust and disinfect all surfaces.Closets (must be empty).Thoroughly dust and disinfect interior spaces. *Additional Cleaning Tasks: Dust and clean all mirrors. Remove pet hair from surfaces. Clean ceiling fans. Wash interior windows. Sanitize doorknobs and light switches throughout the space. Deep clean baseboards. Sweep and mop all floors. Cancellation Policy

Notice Period: A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations. Cancellation Fees: No Fee: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance during regular business hours will not incur any charges. To cancel, contact us at (718) 300-7853 or info@tidycleaning.care. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% fee of the total cleaning cost. The remaining balance will be refunded electronically. Rescheduling: Bookings rescheduled with less than two days’ notice will incur an additional $35 fee. Service Adjustments: Once cleaners arrive, services cannot be reduced. Additional services or extended cleaning time may be requested on-site and are subject to availability. Pricing Information: Quoted prices apply to single-floor residences only. Multi-floor homes require prior consultation to confirm pricing.
